OUR STORY
In my 40 years of experience in East Texas I have worked on many different projects from new construction to home remodeling. Early in my career (1989-1993) I was licensed and bonded in South Carolina where I had the opportunity to work on many historical homes located in Charleston SC.
Through the years I have developed a love for home remodeling and new construction. This eventually led me to further specialize in pier & beam foundation repair and house leveling. My many years of remodeling new and old homes prepared me to face the multiple challenges that are unique to each home here in East Texas.

What does the process look like?
Once you contact me, I will set up a time to look over your home. Our team will evaluate your current home needs and discuss your timeline and specifics to your project.
Home Renovations and New builds
This requires a meeting where we sit down together and discuss the details of your project. On new builds and home additions we will use your plans to provide cost estimates. There is no fee for the initial meeting. Once we begin the process of breaking down the cost of new construction, or large home additions, some fees might apply and will be discussed in advance and will vary depending on the scope of the project.
Pier & Beam Foundation
If your needs are related to your home foundation this will require a look under the house to do a visual inspection to identify issues. After determining what needs to be done, we will provide you with a quote for the foundation work. Most jobs can be completed within a week from the start with little to no interruption to your normal living routine. We work to be as fair and competitive with our pricing as possible. Previous customers often remark that the work was less expensive than they had thought. In most cases, we save the customers thousands over larger traditional foundation companies.
